Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, send us an email to hello@pupums.com and we’ll issue you a full refund. Refunds are granted on orders placed within 15 days of your delivery date and take 5-10 business days to process. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
